All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
(Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.)

Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a fee of ₹100.

Service Areas

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Delays

BLNK is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unexpected events. However, we will help track your order and assist in resolving any issues.

Package Not Received?

If your package shows “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 48 hours.
Ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address to avoid return-to-origin cases.
